     This picture was taken at one of the TCR or TSA Conventions by David Locklear. I first met Donna back when she first started to caving with Martha M. at Carlsbad Caverns during restorations there. She was always a friend to everyone she met. I feel lucky to have known her.

  I have the sad news to report, that at 5:50 this evening, Donna passed away.

  Her daughter, Deanna, asked me to post this.  The family is in the process of finalizing funeral arrangements and will they will be posted here we we know. 
  There will likely be something this weekend but she didn't have exact details.  

  I gave Deanna our condolences and said that many people all over the country  have been deeply touched by Donna. I've had a number of emails telling just how much she meant to those she met, even if it was only once. 

  Donna's welcoming and positive attitude and big smile won't be forgotten by those who've met her.
